Global Transportation Fuel Surcharge rates are
based upon the Department of Energy (DOE) National Average for national
moves, and DOE National Regional Average for local moves. All prices are based upon self-serve diesel
fuel. The DOE Fuel index is posted
each Monday. Global Transportation
Services corporate headquarters refers to the DOE posting each Monday and
will post revised Global Transportation Fuel Surcharge rates accordingly each
Tuesday. The averages may be verified
by the following link: http://tonto.eia.doe.gov/oog/info/gdu/gasdiesel.asp ,
or, by calling the Energy Information Fuel Hot Line at: (202) 586-6966
